Does not work on 15" MBP Retina with Mountian Lion

$40 for this game and it doesnt work. First on my 13 MBP that barely met the min requirements. I have since upgraded to 15" MBP Retina with Mountian Lion. I have tried reinstalling the game twice now. I am well above the min requirements to play this game and everytime I try I get:
"Deus Ex: Human Revolution quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple." Cant believe I payed 40 bucks for a game that apparrently isnt being supported or updated anymore. Why is it is still doing in the app store?
